Do you wanna know why I started shooting boudoir photography?
Let me just say it: I didn’t start photographing these powerful sessions because I felt confident.
Because I needed proof that I could take up space in front of the camera—even if I didn’t love every inch of myself.
I remember crying before my own boudoir shoot, doubting everything from my body to whether I even deserved to be seen that way. I felt so unsure stepping into that studio, and hoping for the best. I was taking a calculated risk on myself. But all the calculations in the world couldn’t erase the nerves I held.
But then I cried after because I saw myself differently. Soft. Strong. Worthy.

That’s the energy I bring into every session at Love Kay Collective. This isn’t about posing perfectly or bringing expensive lingerie. In fact, I don’t expect you to know a single thing about modeling. I’ll guide you the whole time; hand placement, breathing, posture, facial expressions… all of it.
No pressure, just connection. All I ask is that you show up with a clean face, hydrated (yes, I will remind you), and a willingness to trust the process. I’ll handle the rest.
Most women walk into my studio nervous. That’s normal. You’re not broken or weird for feeling that way. You’re human. And when I say I’ve got you—I mean it. From your prep guide to glam to same-day photo viewing, everything is designed to hold space for you.

Because this isn’t about being the society version of beautiful—it’s about seeing yourself as you really are. And let’s be honest, I’m gonna hype you up the whole time. I’ll tell you when to point your toes, breathe through your mouth like you’re in a perfume ad, and remind you you’re a literal goddess every five minutes.
It’s playful, emotional, and empowering as hell—and if you’re open to it, it might just shift the way you see yourself forever. And that, my friend, is why I started shooting boudoir photography.
